Sales Policy
All sales are made under the following terms:
- We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.
- We maintain a closed rabbitry for the safety of our family and animals. We are happy to meet you at a public location of our choice or at a rabbit show if you decide to purchase a rabbit from us.
- All rabbits must be paid in full prior to leaving the rabbitry.
- We do not hold rabbits without a 50% deposit. If we are holding longer than 3 weeks, we do require full payment.
- We guarantee the rabbit is healthy when it leaves our care. We cannot guarantee the health of the rabbit after it leaves our care.
- We do work with some transportation services. Transport arrangements and payment are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We assume no responsibility for the health or welfare of a rabbit once it leaves our care and boards transport.
- We do not guarantee the performance of rabbits sold as "show quality." We do guarantee that they are free from any disqualifications at the time of purchase, and that they have excellent breed type (this is our opinion and subjective.) We do not guarantee that any rabbits used for breeding will successfully produce kits, but we will make every effort to give a full reproductive history so that the buyer can make an informed decision.
- Show & Brood quality rabbits will be sold with a complete three generation pedigree unless otherwise specified.
- Pet quality rabbits will be sold with a birth certificate.
